What are your hours?
Every day from 6 AM to 10 PM, including weekends. Same-day visits are often available.
Which brands do you work on?
All major brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, American Standard, Daikin, Bryant, York, Amana and Mitsubishi Electric.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on what’s wrong, so you get a clear quote after the diagnosis and before any work starts. Customers often mention that K1 HVAC came in well below other quotes for the same job.
Another company told me I need a new system. Can you take a look?
Yes. Second opinions are a big part of what K1 HVAC does, and many systems that were written off, especially pancake units, can be repaired. If replacement really is the better call, you’ll get honest numbers for both.
What is a pancake unit?
A low-profile, horizontal air handler or furnace installed in a tight space like an attic, crawl space or ceiling. They’re harder to reach and service, which is why some companies avoid them.
How often should my system be serviced?
Twice a year is ideal: the AC in spring and the heating in fall. At minimum, once a year keeps most manufacturer warranties valid.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes, light commercial work such as small offices and retail spaces. Call to talk through your setup.
